Family of Woman Killed by Drunk Driver Files Lawsuit
In San Diego, California the family of a woman killed by a drunk driver has filed a lawsuit seeking damages. The drunk driver spent the day drinking at a Padres game and a bar afterwards. Later he crossed the center of the road and struck the woman head-on, killing her but escaping injury himself. It is reported that the drunk driver’s blood-alcohol level was almost twice the legal limit in the hours after the crash.
