Paul Chung wins six-figure settlement for cancer misdiagnosis client
Paul Chung recently won a six-figure settlement in a medical misdiagnosis case. After a medical procedure, a pathologist misread the biopsy of our client, a 45-year-old mother of two. She was diagnosed with cancer and a low survival rate. After review by a second pathologist, it was determined that the original pathologist misread the report and the client did not have cancer. Paul Chung settled the case before filing suit, winning our client a six-figure settlement.
