Deadly FedEx Truck Collisions results in Wrongful Death Lawsuit
A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. Distruct Court of Wyoming by the family of a woman and her son who were killed in a head-on collision with a FedEx truck. While driving on Interstate 80 in Wyoming, a tire on the FedEx tractor-trailer blew out, causing a collision with oncoming traffic. The lawsuit alleges that the tire “was in a defective, dangerous condition” and failure to replace it caused the accident. The lawsuit names FedEx and Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations as defendants.
