Comedian Tracy Morgan Settles Personal Injury Lawsuit Against Wal-Mart
Following a show in June 2014, Tracy Morgan was on his way home with friends when a Wal-Mart truck violently slammed into the back of their limousine. The crash killed Morgan’s friend and fellow comedian James “Jimmy Mack” McNair while Morgan was left with a broken leg, broken ribs, and head injuries. Two others passengers suffered serious injuries but survived. Wal-Mart has settled Morgan’s injury claim and the settlement has been described as amicable between both sides.
