PROFILE
Adam Hare successfully represents individuals and families in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia in cases involving medical malpractice, dental malpractice and wrongful death. In addition to providing stellar legal services in his areas of expertise, he is patient, client-focused and responsive. Adam encourages clients to ask questions and takes the time to ensure they fully understand the complex details of their cases at each stage of litigation. His past clients praise him for his attention to detail, strong organizational skills and client-centered approach that instills confidence in them as he shepherds them through their cases.
Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Adam engaged in the defense of malpractice cases for many years at two Annapolis law firms, during which time he became intimately familiar with how insurance companies and healthcare providers approach medical malpractice cases and attempt to successfully defend against them. Now that he represents victims of medical malpractice, Adam’s work on the defense side has provided him with a holistic view of the legal process, enabling him to anticipate, identify and attempt to resolve potential issues before they arise in his cases. Through this proactive approach, Adam saves time, energy and expenses for his clients.
Adam received his B.S. in Government and Politics from The University of Maryland. He earned his J.D. cum laude from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
In a prior career, Adam was a senior cruise director for a well-known five-star cruise line. His time in the entertainment service industry fostered his desire to ensure his clients are happy with the services he provides to them.
Outside of the practice of law, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife as they raise their son in Northern Virginia. Adam and his family have a passion for travel that is satiated by continuing to cruise and visit new countries. To date, he has traveled to more than 65 countries. He also enjoys the beaches of New Jersey in the summer and the mountains of West Virginia in the winter.
