Lawsuit Expected after Student Killed in Texas Bus Crash
The family of a Texas teenager plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit following her death in a fatal accident involving her school bus and another vehicle. The teen had previously complained about her bus driver’s driving, getting home late, and taking different routes. On the date in question, the bus careened off an overpass and fell onto the road below, killing two students and injuring others. One of the students killed was a freshman looking forward to High School and the other a senior looking into a career in nursing.
