Deadly plane crash results in lawsuit
Four people were killed in Wichita, Kansas when a plane crashed into the side of a building shortly after takeoff. Investigation reveals the plane never made it above 150 feet off the ground when the crash occurred. Three people inside the building and the plane’s pilot died as a result. A lawsuit has been filed against the company responsible for the plane’s maintenance alleging the crash was caused by mechanical failure as the result of faulty inspection, repairs, and installations performed just ten days prior to the crash.
