Aaron M. Blank

Aaron M. Blank is an associate in the firm’s Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Department at Shulman Rogers. Aaron has spent his entire legal career on the plaintiff’s side representing injury victims only, never defending claims or working for big insurance companies. He has represented a broad spectrum of injury victims including those sustaining self-limiting injuries, aggravations of pre-existing conditions, permanent impairments, surgical intervention, and families pursuing wrongful death claims for the loss of a loved one. Aaron’s experience includes litigating injury claims against large corporate entities, those involving complex negligence, cases of inflammatory liability, and he has tried numerous cases in front of judges and juries. He has developed a passion for fighting to help clients achieve fair value for injury claims that insurance companies are quick to minimize. Aaron’s current practice focuses on medical malpractice, personal injury, and claims arising under the Federal Tort Claims Act.

Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Aaron worked in a boutique litigation firm in Prince George’s County where in addition to plaintiff’s work he also represented clients in a variety of criminal cases, business disputes, matters before administrative agencies, and other civil matters. Aaron has experience representing clients throughout the Maryland District and Circuit Courts, Superior Court for the District of Columbia, and local Federal Courts.

Aaron graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2008 where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. From there he obtained his Juris Doctor from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in the District of Columbia in 2011 where he graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Aaron volunteered as a law clerk with the Office of the Public Defender for Montgomery County, served as an Editor with the CommLaw Conspectus Journal of Communication Law, and completed Catholic University’s International Business and Trade Summer Law Program in Cracow, Poland.

He is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
